Crawl Space Encapsulation

Dehumidification: Installation of dehumidifiers to remove excess moisture. This helps regulate the moisture levels and discourage mold growth in your crawl space. 

Encapsulation & Full Area Seal: Installation of a vapor barrier covering 100% of the ground. Full area seal of all vents, penetration points, and foundation line. Removal of any damaged insulation and installation of insulation on all exterior walls and between the floor cavities inside the crawl space.  

Mold Remediation: Application of fungicide (mold killing agent) to all wooden surfaces in your crawl space and removal of any existing mold. 

Interior French Drain: Installation of a perforated drain system along the interior perimeter of the crawl space along the foundation. The drain system is buried in pea gravel and sloped to allow for proper drainage into a sump-pump basin. 

Sump-Pump Installation: A sump-pump and sump-pump basin are installed at the lowest point of your crawl space to allow water to flow downward to the basin. Water is then pumped out of the crawl space and away from your property.
